Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Qorinix services, including hosted inference APIs, account controls, subscription billing, and support workflows.

1) Service Scope

• Qorinix provides AI inference platform services and related controls for authorized users.
• Features and limits may evolve for security, performance, and reliability reasons.

2) Customer Responsibilities

• Maintain credential security and authorized access under your workspace.
• Provide accurate account and billing information.
• Comply with acceptable use and legal obligations.

3) Billing and Entitlements

• Charges are based on plan selection and measured usage.
• Entitlement and usage records are authoritative for billing operations.
• Failed payments may result in restricted service access.

4) Availability and Liability

Except as otherwise agreed in signed commercial agreements, services are provided as-is. Qorinix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service usage.

5) Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

• Qorinix retains rights in platform software, documentation, and service design.
• Customers retain rights in their own inputs and lawful outputs subject to applicable terms.
• Both parties must protect non-public information disclosed under commercial engagement.
